Welcome to PKC TRADING. By accessing our platform and subscribing to our SEBI-registered research services, you enter into a binding legal agreement. Please read meticulously.

1. Agreement & Acceptance

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you ("User") and PKC TRADING ("Research Analyst" / INH000021836 / BSE 6634). By paying the subscription fee or using our free trial, you accept all terms herein along with our Privacy Policy and Disclosure Document.

2. Services Provided

Use of the Service is limited to:

• Receipt of research reports, market trends, and analysis.
• Access to model portfolios (for educational tracking only).

Exclusions: We DO NOT execute trades, handle funds, or provide personalized financial planning.

3. User Obligations & KYC

To comply with SEBI norms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate identity details (PAN, Aadhaar) for KYC purposes if requested.
• Ensure your risk profile matches the nature of our high-risk research (e.g., F&O).
• Keep your specific risk profile updated with us.

Fees are payable in advance. We adhere to a strict No-Refund Policy. All payments must be made to our registered bank account or approved payment gateway. We do NOT accept cash.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, charts, analysis, and text provided on this site are the intellectual property of PKC TRADING. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is illegal and subject to legal action under the Copyright Act.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations if such failure results from events beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, cyber-attacks, market suspensions by exchanges, or government restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Stock Market is volatile. PKC TRADING is not liable for any financial losses incurred by the client. The maximum liability of PKC TRADING, in any event, shall be limited to the subscription fee paid by the client for the active period.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PKC TRADING, its employees, and associates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, the client generally agrees to first seek resolution through our internal Grievance Redressal mechanism. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to ODR (Online Dispute Resolution).

All legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
