Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PKC TRADING, we believe in complete transparency. Our policy is simple: We do not offer refunds once a subscription is active. This is because our product is "Intellectual Property" and "Time-Sensitive Information," which cannot be returned once consumed.

1. Strictly No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a subscription fee is paid and the service has been activated (login details provided or reports accessed), no refunds, partial or full, will be processed under any circumstances.

  • Fees are for the access to research, not for the outcome of any trade.
  • Performance of the market or personal trading losses are not grounds for a refund.
  • "Changing your mind" after payment is not a valid reason for a refund.

2. 3-Day Free Trial (Try Before You Buy)

To eliminate risk for new clients, we provide a structured 3-Trading Day Free Trial.

  • You get full access to our research to evaluate accuracy and quality.
  • Use this time to verify if our style suits your trading needs.
  • If you pay, it means you were satisfied with the trial.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time.

  • Non-Renewal: You are under no obligation to continue after your plan expires.
  • Mid-Term Cancellation: If you cancel during an active subscription, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining days.

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Disputes

Raising a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank after consuming our services is considered a breach of terms.

  • Such actions will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover dues and report the incident to credit bureaus or regulatory bodies if necessary.

5. Service Interruptions

In the rare event of a technical failure on our end (e.g., website downtime for >24 hours) preventing access to reports, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription period by the number of days lost. This is not a cash refund but a service extension.

6. Regulatory Compliance

This policy complies with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014. PKC TRADING (SEBI Reg. No. INH000021836 | BSE Enlistment No. 6634) maintains audit trails of all client services and payments.
