  • Financial Profile: Risk appetite, investment goals (for suitability assessment).

2. Purpose of Collection

Your data is strictly used for:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Fulfilling KYC/AML obligations under PMLA Act.
  • Service Delivery: Sending research reports and service alerts.
  • Suitability Assessment: Ensuring our research matches your risk profile.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining audit trails as per SEBI norms.

3. Data Retention Policy (Critical)

As a SEBI-registered intermediary, we are legally required to retain all client correspondence, research reports, and KYC data for a minimum period of 5 years.

Even if you unsubscribe or delete your account, your core transactional and compliance data will be archived for this statutory period and cannot be permanently erased until the term expires.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data.

We may share data on a "need-to-know" basis only with:

  • Regulatory Bodies: SEBI, Exchanges, Tax Authorities, or Law Enforcement Agencies (upon lawful request).
