At PKC TRADING, we strive to deliver high-quality stock market research and advisory services aligned with SEBI regulations and client expectations. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and trial plans are governed.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our personalized, data-driven research and advisory services, PKC TRADING maintains a strict no-refund policy once a subscription plan has been activated and charged.
Once a client subscribes to any paid plan—whether intraday, short-term, long-term, or sectoral—no refunds or cancellations will be processed, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or performance perception. This policy applies to all payment modes, including UPI, bank transfers, and CeFCoM.
2. Free Trial (3 Trading Days)
To help prospective clients evaluate our services before commitment, PKC TRADING offers a complimentary trial plan for 3 trading days. Key conditions include:
- No payment is required for the trial itself.
- Clients must pre-authorize payment by submitting payment credentials or screenshots during trial login.
- Services during the trial include access to selected research calls and market insights.
- If the client chooses not to continue, the service ends automatically after the 3-day trial period.
- If the client chooses to subscribe, the selected plan will be activated post-trial based on the pre-authorized payment.
This trial mechanism ensures that clients have an opportunity to assess the value of our service without any upfront financial commitment.
3. Service Disclosure & Expectations
We provide detailed information about each plan’s scope, type of research (technical/fundamental), and applicable risk levels before onboarding. Clients are advised to:
- Review service deliverables carefully before subscribing.
- Choose a plan suitable to their investment goals and risk appetite.
- Understand that no guarantees of profit or fixed returns are provided under any circumstances.
All services are advisory in nature and based on market dynamics. We do not manage client funds or execute trades on their behalf.
4. Resolution of Concerns
If you face any service-related issue, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. While refunds are not applicable, we are committed to:
- Addressing service quality concerns on a case-by-case basis
- Re-aligning delivery expectations wherever reasonable
- Providing guidance and clarity on recommendations already issued

5. Legal & Compliance Statement
This refund policy is in accordance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014. Any attempt to reverse a charge via payment gateway without following due escalation and grievance redressal channels may result in account suspension and legal notice.
