Fees are subject to SEBI-prescribed limits. For individuals and HUFs, the maximum permissible fee is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family (excluding taxes). We do not accept cash. Payments can be made via UPI, NEFT/IMPS, or the CeFCoM platform.

9. Refund Policy

Fees paid for research services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific contract. If a refund is agreed upon due to premature termination, it will be prorated for the unused period and subject to applicable deductions.

10. Disclaimers

  • PKC TRADING does not guarantee profits, fixed returns, or assured outcomes.
  • Research insights are based on publicly available data and are subject to change without notice.
  • We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Not to impersonate another user or entity.

20. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

22. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion without prior notice. Obligations under payment and confidentiality will survive termination.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, constitute the full agreement between you and PKC TRADING regarding the use of this website.
